1. Can I request a refund or exchange of a track ?

No, you cannot. Please choose your music carefully. Like most other online shops that sell downloadable products, it is not possible for us to refund or exchange any product that has already been downloaded. Once the download has taken place, the purchase is final.

2. What should I do to use your music legally ?

You can simply purchase and download music from our website like you would from any other music website. You don’t need to do anything special. Your invoice and a copy of the standard license agreement will be all you need to prove that you have the legal right to use our music. You’ll receive an invoice and our license agreement immediately after purchase.

3. Can I embed your music in my website ?

No, you cannot. If you made our music playable on your website, then your visitors could use your website as a free music player and this is not permitted. Our license terms do not allow people to sell or stream our music by itself (i.e. without the addition of a voiceover)

4. Can I mix your music with my music ?

No. You cannot buy our music, then add your own additional music or instrumentation to it. Remixing and derivative works are not permitted.

5. Can I add binaural beats and other brainwave frequencies to your music ?

You can add binaural beats or other brainwave entrainment frequencies to our music in addition to narration, but you cannot add these sounds to our music without narration.

6. In which format will I receive the music tracks ?

you will receive your music in two formats:
– WAV files, 24-bit / 48 kHz. This high-quality lossless format is the best choice if you want to use the music in your own recording, or on your computer.
– 320 kbps MP3. These files are smaller in size to WAV files and are the best option if you want to copy your music to a portable media player.
Both of these formats are high quality. Both are compatible with Macintosh and PC. Note: Some of the audio files are compressed into zip files to ensure secure, complete download delivery. Simply double-click the zip file to open it and reveal the WAV and MP3 files inside.

7. How does the download process works ?

As soon as your payment is received, your music will be available for you to download. You will also receive an email to confirm your purchase. To download your music, go to the downloads tab in your account, click on the blue download button and then save the file to your computer. Some of the files you will download are in zip file format. Once downloaded, simply unzip the file and open it to reveal the audio files inside. Should you ever have a problem with a download (a rare event), please feel free to contact us for support. We will attend to you promptly and will make sure that you receive everything you ordered.

8. Do I have to credit you ?

Yes, unless you use the music for a livestream or a conference. The simple way to credit the music is as follows: “Music by Toni G”

9. Can I monetize YouTube videos I create with your music ?

Yes – you may run ads on YouTube videos that include our music in the background. Please note that “music only” videos are not permitted. Any video you create must include a voiceover.
